Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed technical specifications, budgets, and project plans for Planned Maintenance Projects (PMPs), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Operational Supervision:

Oversee shipyard operations, suppliers, and the entire supply chain to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Manage both technical and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle, providing accurate progress reports and post-project evaluations.

HSE Compliance:

Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards for all stakeholders involved in project activities.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to the continuous enhancement of procedures, standards, and best practices within the Technical Department.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in the management of offshore supply vessels or strong familiarity with

marine and offshore services

. Proven

Project Management expertise

(minimum 5 years), including

budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination

. Strong

technical background

in marine engineering, ship repair, or vessel operations.

1st Class Merchant Marine Officer Certificate

or equivalent qualification preferred. Excellent

communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a

multicultural and high-pressure environment
