Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
end-to-end project management
of lighting projects
Liaise with lighting manufacturers, clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination
Monitor project schedules and assist with ordering and delivery of lighting fixtures in line with the project timeline
Provide basic
technical support and coordination
for site installations, ensuring correct implementation of lighting plans
Support efforts to optimize project profitability through practical and cost-efficient recommendations
Prepare weekly work plans, track progress, and provide updates during team meetings
Report project issues or risks proactively to the team lead or management
Attend site meetings or inspections as required
Assist in documentation, quotations, and project close-out processes
Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or engineering roles (lighting or construction industry preferred)
Basic understanding of lighting systems and construction workflows is an advantage
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or DIALux is a plus
A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
