Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement:
- Lead cross-functional, cross-site, and cross-company teams to meet program targets
- Facilitate program from initiation (including handoff from the Commercial / Sales team), through development, and through release to production, and market introduction
- Develop comprehensive plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases
- Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies on development activity and escalate resource constraints impacting schedules and commitments
- Perform cost saving initiatives (responsible to lead / participate ongoing efforts)
- Bachelor of Business Management or equivalent
- 5 years of experience a customer-facing roles at Sales, Project / Programme Management, Product Development and with knowledgeable of theoretical and practical aspects of Project & Programme Management
- Experience within the Medical, IoT or Sensor Segment is a plus
- Familiar with semiconductors and/or Printed Circuit Board production processes is a added advantages.
