About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Project Manager

to oversee and deliver our renovation projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality standards, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

Lead the full project lifecycle from design handover to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work scopes. Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Site Supervision/Coordination

Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Review and approve work quality, finishes, and materials.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the main point of contact between clients and project teams. Provide timely updates and manage expectations. Handle variations, change requests, and resolve conflicts when necessary.

Others

Evaluate and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Review quotations and monitor costs.

Requirements

Min 3 years of experience in the Interior design/renovation industry. At least

3-5 years of project management experience

in renovation, fit-out, or interior design projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and submission processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Basic plus incentives.
