Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to our Counter-UAS products. You'll be responsible for delivering results that meet performance standards, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and is ready to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects related to RF and Counter Drones technology from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and track budgets. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of RF and Counter-UAS solutions. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment and progress. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant RF regulations and best practices. Keep abreast of emerging technologies in the RF and Counter-UAS space.

Job Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in RF or Counter-UAS domains. Solid understanding of RF systems, components, and applications. Experience in defense or high-tech industries is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
