Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM to lead our Salesforce CRM Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex Salesforce CRM projects, driving successful project outcomes, and providing leadership and guidance to the project team.

• Salary Package: Up to $8k (basic) + AWS

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce CRM projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants, to execute project deliverables.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
• Stay updated on Salesforce CRM best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce CRM projects, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities and configuration options.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and motivate project teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are required.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred
