Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher from an accredited college/university

Proven track record of working in China (Regulatory projects, ICT projects, Banking Projects, InfoSec Projects)

APM or PMI Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

Experience in business analysis and solution development, Project/Program Management and Delivery

Innovative self-starter with a passion to help teams using creativity to solve problems.

Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment

5+ years of experience leading Risk, Information Technology and Cyber Security projects

3+ years leading large scale transformation programs, involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large-scale technology components

3+ years delivering large scale IT (Information Technology) solutions leveraging agile or scaled agile framework (SAFe)

Experience in applying agile techniques such as continuous improvement.
