The Project Manager will be responsible for the full cycle of project delivery - from planning and design to installation, testing, handover, and after-sales support. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, technical documentation, and progress reports.
2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to align project activities and expectations.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering departments to ensure smooth handover and execution.
3. Site Supervision & Technical Oversight
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Provide on-site guidance and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
4. Risk & Compliance Management
Identify potential project risks early and implement corrective actions to mitigate impact.
Ensure all project activities comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, as well as BCA, SCDF, and MCST standards.
5. Team Leadership & Support
Lead and support project team members to ensure clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery.
Foster a collaborative, problem-solving, and results-oriented work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, electrical, or M&E industries.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm, and intercom systems is an advantage.
Familiar with Singapore regulations and approval processes (BCA, SCDF, MCST procedures).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
PMP or related certifications will be an added advantage.
Valid Class 3/3A driver's license for site travel preferred.
