We deploy our unique 5D Methodology which helps us layout the precise roadmaps for our clients in their drive to excellence.www.eccinternational.comJob SummaryThe Project Manager / Process Consultant is responsible in the implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and preferably ISO 50001 standards; GHG emissions inventory, and Quality Improvement requirements.Further the Project Manager / Process Consultant is responsible for supporting the Delivery Head in managing and delivery of consulting projects. He/She shall also be requested to work on internal assigned projects as and when requested. Moreover, the Project Manager / Process Consultant shall act as the face of the organization to local and regional customers; perform assessments and documentation requirements, planning trainings and workshops, planning sessions; create, nurture, manage and maintain strong relationship with customers; articulate and ensure customer clearly understands value generated through our engagement; and, work with the client team to help them achieve planned objectives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDelivery Activities: 1. Deliver consulting projects mandated by the Delivery Head within the set goals.2. Review and Analyze client data for reporting.3. Resolve project issues and provide timely solutions with the advice of the Delivery Head.4. Proactively escalate and resolve all project issues on timely manner.5. Timely respond to all customer queries within the Service Level Agreement.6. Development and implementation of IMS Audit program.7. Review and updating of:a. IMS policies, system and operational procedures.b. HIRAC (Hazards, Identification, Risk Assessment and Control) tablesc. Risk and Opportunities Registerd. Training and Competency of ISO teame. Legal and Other requirements Register8. Provide technical guidance in the conduct of management reviews, performance target setting, accident/incident investigations, issuance and closing of corrective action requests.9. Facilitate in identifying and addressing training needs of ISO team and relevant teams and committees consistent with management system standards and policies.10. Supervise the Technical Support Staff in the performance of their job responsibilities.11. Provide a monthly report on status of IMS implementation.Training 1. Support the Delivery Head in delivering training activities.2. Support Delivery Head in the development of training materials and content.3. If required, deliver trainings for clients as and when necessary and support in customizing existing training modules.Internal Project 1. Complete internally assigned projects.2. Support and proactively participate in employee-engagement projects.Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Science
  • At least 10 years of experience in organizing, maintaining and implementing an ISO Integrated Management System.
  • Knowledge and experience working as Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001 standards and preferably ISO 50001.
  • Preferably with advanced training on Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, Energy Management, Quality Management Tools, and GHG Emissions Inventory.
  • Document writing, editing and design
  • Able to multi-task, and shift priorities quickly and efficiently in a very dynamic environment and focus on highest value outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to network with senior decision makers, optimize social opportunities and close the deal.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Language Skills - English is a MUST.
  • Expected Start Date: Immediately.
