Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project life cycle for building projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Oversee site operations, project planning, coordination, and execution in accordance with project specifications and statutory requirements. Manage project teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, to achieve project milestones and performance targets. Monitor and control project budgets, progress, schedules, and cost variations. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality assurance, and environmental requirements. Liaise with [Client Name], consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve project and technical issues promptly. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering teamwork and accountability. Prepare and present progress reports to management

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial, institutional, or residential building projects.
