We are currently working with an established workplace design and build company in Singapore, seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the construction projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from design development to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address any issues or defects
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and expectations are met
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on workplace design and build projects
- Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
