Job Description
A Construction Company is Seeking for a Self-Motivated & Independent Individual to join us.
Responsibilities:
Ensure full adherence to company policies on site, particularly health and safety standards Project reporting/ review to monitor quality, productivity, price estimation accuracy, health and safety compliance and client satisfaction Carry out detailed risk assessment process highlighting key risks to manage on project Review drawings, design notes, and critical specifications Produce project program to comply with contract Coordinate with materials suppliers and managing the delivery, quality and installation of materials
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Building/Construction or relevant discipline 5 years of relevant experience Experience in Multi-Million / High-rise Housing Projects Experience in Pre-cast / Pre-fabrication Construction is essential * Understands material lists for China shipments, knowledge of Chinese is essential
