About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Resident Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the design and construction of complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of engineering experience, including at least 10 years in managing multidisciplinary teams for large-scale infrastructure or building projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from design through to construction and completion. Supervise and coordinate the work of design consultants, contractors, and site teams. Ensure all engineering works comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and project specifications. Review and approve engineering designs, technical submissions, and construction methodologies. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to project stakeholders. Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control. Recognized Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer. Proven track record in delivering projects of similar scale and complexity. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Singapore is an advantage.

Required Skills

At least 10 years' experience in managing design and construction teams. Experience with projects of similar scale and complexity.
