We are electrical system integrator in Singapore especially in the field of marine hybrid propulsion system. We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our expansion. As a Project Manager, you play a key role to lead project coordinators, to plan, manage and execute projects

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management

+ Understanding of sales contract in order to understand our scope of work
+ Manage customer requirement
+ Manage other project coordinators
+ Documents submission

Project Schedule

+ Develop overall project schedule and individual project schedule
+ Ensure production meets project schedule
+ Coordinate with engineering manager and design manager for any updating of design changes.
+ Develop Intended Test Plan (ITP) coordinate for factory acceptance test (FAT)
+ Ensure timely delivery of project and accuracy of documentation

Project team

+ Develop a strong and effective project coordination team

Qualifications:

Diploma and above Project coordination and/or switchgear industry is an advantage
