Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
2. Monitor costs, control expenses, and optimize resource utilization to keep the project within budget.
3. Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to align project goals.
5. Oversee inspections, enforce quality control measures, and ensure construction meets design specifications
6. Supervise project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow
7. Track project milestones, generate reports, and update stakeholders on progress.
