Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare & review project summary, project schedules, Conduct meetings, Manpower arrangement, IFC Drawings, Method of Statement and Risk Assessments. Coordinate work with Clients, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Supervisors and workers. Monitoring the project and Coordinate with Civil, M&E Services before the site installations without any clashing. Responsible for E&I installation & inspection activities on the Site. Leads the site installation team during installation time at site. Ensure the installation works are done according to the approved shop drawing, method statement, project specifications and relevant standards. Witness and verify Hot & cold loop Check, Continuity, Megger, HI-POT, PI & SI Test, Phase rotation test and Component testing for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage equipment. Prepare the test packages documentation from pre commissioning to final hand over to the client. Coordinate with clients for systems walk down and generate the punch list. And Clear the Punch list item. Troubleshooting & Calibration of field instruments & equipment like Transmitters, Flow meters, Control valves, ON/OFF Valves, Sensors, Analyzers, Drives, Soft starters & Switchgears. Prepare LEW documents & arrange LEW inspections for panel & Equipment's power ON. Hands on and Working Experience in world Standard instruments like Emerson, ABB, Honeywell, Endress+Hauser, Siemens, YTC, Mettler Toledo, VEGA, +GF+, IFM, Yokogawa, Bernard Controls, Rotork. Leads the site execution team on performing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities planned for the Instrumentation & Control systems, managing the interfaces with Construction and Pre-Operations teams. Responsible for safe working practice in all EI&C related activities. Perform work in Hot loop check, cold loop check, Megger testing, Loop impedance Testing. Verify & Witness for SCADA range, EU, IO allocation, functional test during loop check. Perform Testing and Commissioning of

HMI & Server Panel, Workstations, Transmitters, Flow meters, Actuators, Solenoid valves, Control valve, I/P converters, Positioner, PRV, PSV, bursting disc, Switches, Sensors, weighing scale, Purge valve, Auto drain valve, Pneumatic pumps, PH, O2, N2 sensors & Analyser etc.


Perform Testing and Commissioning of

Electrical Equipment's

like 22KV Switch Gear, 6.6KV Switch Gear, MCC, I-MCC, E-MCC, Transformer, Electrical Distribution Board, Star Delta motors, LV & MV VFD, Soft Strater, FSFS panel, UPS panel, Lighting Circuits. Verify & Witness for Server redundancy, Network redundancy, Power redundancy, wire break, signal loss test during T&C. Support Testing and Commissioning of BMS, FMCS, Fire alarm systems, Door access systems, public address systems, Telephone systems, Network panels. Co-ordinate with various aspects of project construction including Instrument Installation, Instrument cable, cable tray and tubing support, Instrument calibration, Hydro-testing of process tubing, etc. Co-ordination work with site team for installation, calibration, testing and troubleshooting for all types of Field instruments including Flow transmitters, Temperature, Level and Pressure Transmitters, Analyzers, Control valves, On-Off valves, Drives, F&G detectors etc. Ensures keeping systems / Sub-Systems already commissioned in operation, prior to handover to Pre- Operations team. Maintain the historian system and logbook report for long term. Download the report based upon management request. Maintain systematic Log files. Ensure the preservation for Field instruments & Control system equipment, through the Company preservation team, to feed the preservation system, keeping the equipment ready for completion and providing the proper reports.

REQUIREMENTS.

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction and/or Electronics and Instrumentation industries. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
