a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Support market development across various industries in the region by identifying business opportunities and engaging new clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to support long-term collaboration.
Structure and coordinate strategic partnerships and joint initiatives to support business growth.
Lead the review and management of large-scale commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational, legal, and regulatory standards.
Oversee and drive project execution, including on-site and factory-level activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, specifications, and schedules.
Provide technical guidance on the application, performance, and upkeep of power-related systems and equipment.
Apply knowledge of service operations tools and platforms to support project coordination and execution.
Balance technical insight with business strategy to manage priorities and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
Plan and manage plumbing projects including commercial, residential, industrial, or municipal work.
Develop project scope, cost estimates, timelines, and resource plans.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, plumbing technicians, and site supervisors.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, health & safety standards, and building regulations.
Manage procurement and logistics of plumbing materials and subcontractor services.
Monitor project progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed.
Maintain documentation, schedules, reports, and permits.
Resolve project issues, delays, or cost overruns proactively.
Conduct site visits and quality control checks.
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Lead end-to-end management of plumbing projects, including new installations, upgrades, retrofits, or maintenance works.
