Job Description

Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget Do overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets Manage risks, issues, budgets and scope throughout the project life-cycle Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company's quality standards and requirements To meet Government / Statutory / Government Agency's regulations/requirements at all times

Job Requirements :

Degree in Civil Engineering accepted by Singapore PE Board/BCA Minimum 10 years experiences as a Project Manager, exposures with major projects in Civil Engineering /Building Construction Industry Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management Excellent in Leadership, Analytical, Planning, Organisational, Communication, Presentation skills * Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal team members
