Project Manager
Job Description
Potential candidates must have the following knowledge and abilities:
1. Able to work independently to carry out the management of infrastructure and other civil engineering projects
2. Must be able to carry out his duties as the project manager by managing a group of project team including site engineers and supervisors.
3. To be able to manage the project by advance planning of work for any services/utilities diversion to allow for the smooth flowing of the work so as to complete the project on time.
4. Manages a team of construction workers, sub-contractors, and laborers, delegating tasks and evaluating performance.
5. Acts as the main point of contact between clients (Consultant, engineers, LTA, PUB, HDB, JTC) and other specialists, providing regular progress reports.
6. Ensures all work complies with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
