Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget management. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully execute and complete engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including project goals, scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Monitor and control project performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure completion within budget. Collaborate with customers, consultants, OEM partners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout all project stages. Ensure high-quality project documentation, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Proven track record in managing engineering projects from initiation to completion. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with diverse engineering disciplines. Familiarity with Singapore Authorities' procedures and processes. Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Conversant in project management principles, with certification in PMP and AGILE being advantageous.
