(A) Tender and Procurement
Preparation of Tender documents
Carry out tender exercise including tender briefing, tender evaluation and tender interview
Prepare meeting minutes with various stakeholders.
Prepare summary and recommendations for the stakeholders
(B) Project Management
Monitor and record the progress of contractor's works on a regular basis or as directed by superior(s),
Monitor project timelines and highlight delays to superior(s),
Attend meetings and record minutes of meetings.
Prepare site observation records and issue correspondences to respective stakeholders,
Document and consistently follow up on project observations or issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner,
Collate data for the preparation of inspection reports and monthly reports
Highlight observed safety-related issues that may arise,
Carry out site measurements and take-offs for variation orders, if any.
Requirements:
Highly motivated personnel
Able to work independently and diligently
Having building construction project management academic qualifications
