Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead team to ensure smooth implementation of carpentry construction projects. Oversee and coordinate on-site construction work, including scheduling, quality, and safety management. Provide technical support for projects, optimize construction plans to comply with local regulations and company standards. Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project costs to ensure efficient execution within budget. Resolve on-site emergencies, improve engineering management processes, and enhance execution efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Engineering Management, or related fields. Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in home furnishing, decoration, or construction project management. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction project processes, excellent engineering and project management capabilities. * Other Requirements: Strong team leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
