Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager :





To oversee and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, designs, and technical specifications. Leads the project team in planning and executing day-to-day operations, managing submission to authority for approval to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Liaise directly with clients to understand detailed project requirements, participate in contract reviews and tender clarification meetings, and assess the company's ability to fulfill contractual obligations. Ensure all project activities comply with government regulations and safety standards. Monitor the performance of all subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met, while also collaborating closely with consultants on design approvals and resolving technical issues. Regular site meetings with clients and consultants will be part of your responsibilities, along with enforcing consistent environmental, safety, and health practices on site. Ensure the successful delivery of the project within the specified time frame, budget, and quality expectations.



QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :


Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board; Qualification acceptable to IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Council (JAC) as a Resident Engineer ; Accredited Construction Professional (Tier C) or above by SCAL; Tier 3 Certified Project Manager (CPM) Accreditaion or above by Society of Project Managers; Experience in either Civil or Structural Engineering projects or Pipeline Projects - 5 years and above * Autocad skills
