Project Manager
Job Description
Coordinate with main-contractor and consultants
Planning, managing and ensuring the smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned to complete within the specific time and desired quality.
Site administration and management which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site.
Monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master programme
Monitoring progress and to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure that work are implemented in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality, performance of manpower requirement and to ensure that proper recording and or documentation of site works are carried out properly
Work with QS for progress claim
Prepare progress reports and to attend all meetings or briefing required by the senior management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Building / Civil Engineering with 5years experience in the construction industry Preferably with experience in waterproofing system. Knowledge of risk management and safe construction. * Good understanding of construction drawings, sequencing of works and safe methodologies.
