Job Description

:

Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and project lifecycles. Ensure all quality system documentation required including Project Execution Plan, Project Quality Plan and associated method statements are prepared. Collaborate with consultants on design analysis, approvals, and addressing technical issues. Conduct regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders including project team members, consultants, contractors and relevant government agencies and collaborate to achieve project objectives. Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule. Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.

Job Requirement:

Recognized degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Min. 5 years of project management experience in the building and civil work experience in Singapore Preferably to be accredited with the Society of Project Managers of Singapore under the Accreditation of Project Manager scheme. Strong written and oral communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Possess good leadership qualities * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and project controls
