Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery of the new building and conversion projects on schedule and within budget. Plan, manage, coordinate and oversee projects development - contract signing, plan approval, hiring site team and vessel's construction, commissioning, Yard audits and delivery supervision, Liaison with all stake holders. Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the team and managing risks for the successful conclusion of projects - Prepare and execute contingency plan for any unforeseeable situation. Oversees multiple projects and managing resources to ensure projects are progressing on time efficiently and effectively and within budget. Propose projects/ plan and obtain necessary budget/investment approval. Monitor the time schedule, quality, and cost control for the projects. Regularly visiting site offices and attending key events. Report regularly to Head Office on the progress of different projects. handle ad hoc assisgnments or tasks as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or equivalent. At least 7 - 10 years of project management experience handling Newbuilding / EPC Conversion Project in Maritime Sector. Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English. * Proficiency in IT and experience with using all relevant Microsoft office software.
