Your role within the team

Product Innovation Management

- Responsible for leading new and existing product development projects from ideation to launch in Asia markets

Collaboration

- Pivotal role to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure that innovation projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

Project Efficiency

- Track project progress, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across cross function departments

Key responsibilities include

Project Management

Responsibility for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation to launch through a defined Stage Gate / Launch process Set milestones and demonstrate detailed project plans to deliver projects for Asia region Outline clear priorities for resource allocation based on commercial returns and business objectives Build and clearly communicate a detailed Risk Mitigation Plan with proactive management and monitoring of risk Identify and manage project scope changes, communicating them to relevant stakeholders
Collaboration

Coordination of technical R&D team with Commercial Marketing colleagues, Sourcing and other functions with strong collaboration skills ensuring project success Managing relationship and communication with external partners including contract manufacturers
Project and Performance Tracking

Monitor and report project progress and key performance metrics of new launches
Portfolio Management

Track portfolio movements and recommend suitable portfolio expansion opportunities with category consumer insights and business strategic priorities

Desired Skills and Experience

To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:


Bachelor degree holder in any related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management position, ideally from FMCG or health and wellness industry PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified or Prince2 qualifications are an absolute advantage Proactive and self-initiatives Attention to details, possess strong problem-solving and influencing skill Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager role*
