Project management

Manage the Project Engineers on site work and update HOD and Directors on the progress of project Manage 2 to 3 project engineers Ensuring the projects are running smoothly To attend meetings and stand in for Project Engineers whenever required

Ensuring the following handled by Project Engineers

Responsible for all aspects during project deployment from system designs, installation and commissioning Manage day-to-day operations of the project team, plan and deploy available resources effectively to ensure the projects are running smoothly on time Monitor site progress and make necessary arrangement Check and summit updated drawing accordingly Arrange equipment purchase requisition and ensuring delivery date is met coordinates with Contractors and customers Supervise and monitor the operations of project, technically and commercially Arrange man power according to project needs Prepare progress claims for submission to customer Compiling of submission on system write-out, technical proposals, FAT/UAT reports and user manuals etc. Attend meetings and briefings by customer Advice billing after job completion Properly handover to customer completed project Brief internal Service and Maintenance Team upon handover of completed projects Update directors on the progress of the project


Candidate must have suitable experience in Design, plan, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV Systems, Intrusion Detection System, Door Access System, Turnstile, Flap Barrier, Mantrap Capsule and Road Barrier System
