We are looking for an experienced and driven

Construction Project Manager

to oversee and lead construction projects from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically competent, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Lead site teams and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. Manage procurement, materials, and equipment for timely delivery. Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and prepare project reports. Resolve project-related issues, risks, and variations effectively. Ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. (Optional) Min. 3 years experience in related field. Proven track record in managing construction projects of varying scale. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and construction-related software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
