Reports to the senior management
Lead a team of engineers and supervisors in planning and execution of day to day operations
Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
Liaising with main contractor , consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
Work with internal relevant department to prepare, review and submit all detailed programmers, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
Conduct regular internal and subcontractor meeting
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidates who possess BCA-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management will be an advantage
At least 5 years' experience and experience in Steelwork will be an advantage
Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual
Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
Able to work in fast paced environment
Must able to lead the project team
