Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and monitor project schedules, addressing potential risks and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and authority approvals. Review project drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide site-based solutions. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards and specifications. Manage project costs, control variations, and optimize resource allocation. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients. Lead problem-solving efforts to address site challenges and unforeseen issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in A&A and landed house projects. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site management skills. Familiar with construction processes, local building regulations, contract administration, and safety standards. Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently. * Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
