Job Description

Responsibilities:


Manage construction activities and progress independently Able to understand structural drawing, specifications, and requirements Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives. Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period Ensure the quality of work Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager Prepare daily progress report and work schedule Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site. Attend project meetings Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability 24 hours stand by the site urgent call Weekend require by site should be need to work
Requirements:


Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Min 5 years of working experience Good communication skill and able to interact with all levels of staff Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance, and progress with the company
Requirements


Degree in Civil / Structural or Building * 5 years in construction site experience in Singapore
