Require experience in construction project work, preferably in plumbing and sanitary works.
Co-ordinate with Main contractor on scope of work and establishing site management policy.
Resposible to deal with relevant authorities, clients consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Assist in planning of work schedule, handle technical and engineering problems.
Evaluate risk assessmnet, safe work procedures and method statement to ensure that it comply with contract requirement.
Check all requirement in contract document, drawings and specification to ensure that variation orders are implemented with.
