Job Description
Civil engineering company looking for project manager in fast paced underground pipe works projects.
BSc in engineering or equivalent.
Candidates with minimum 5 years of working experience in civil construction projects.
Candidate able to:
Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Prepare and update the Master Programme, identify critical paths, and devise recovery programmes when necessary.
Lead and mentor the project team to ensure site activities comply with specifications, budget, and timelines.
Plan and coordinate all construction sequences, operations, and intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth progress.
Oversee resources planning (manpower, equipment, and materials) with strict adherence to budgetary controls.
Prepare progress reports, track costs, and present updates to stakeholders through meetings.
