We are a growing construction and interior fit-out company specializing in high-quality design and build projects. With a reputation for delivering exceptional workmanship and client satisfaction, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Decoration Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior decoration projects from design stage to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Review and coordinate design drawings, material selection, and specifications. Manage project schedules, resources, and cost control. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Resolve technical and site issues promptly with practical solutions. Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or decoration project management. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry standards. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work under tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
