Project planning, quality control planning, coordinating and project costing management
Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards at all the time
Overall responsible for the daily operations and provision of operational resources required for the site
Ensure timely requisition of resources such as labour materials, equipment for the project
Attend site meetings and coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and relevant authorities on all project related matters
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building or equivalent
Min 2 years and above experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in HDB Projects
Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
* Holding of Certification for Construction Safety Course for Project Manager will be an added advantage
