Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) project on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project's delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.





Key Responsibilities


Manage and execute MCST projects from conception to delivery Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as necessary Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are tracked Communicate with stakeholders, including MCST committees, and team members Ensure projects meet the required quality standards, implementing quality control processes as necessary


Requirements


Proven experience in project management, preferably in MCST or facilities management projects Strong understanding of MCST regulations and procedures (desirable) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
