Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of a key project. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Work alongside the project manager to track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers. Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management. Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management. Prior experience in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/Transaction Monitoring) domains preferred. Strong track record in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. Consulting or client-facing experience is an advantage. * Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are desirable.
