About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment. Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to management. Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Ensure all work complies with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

5-8 years of project management experience

, preferably in Metal Fabrications Industry. Proven track record in handling multiple projects concurrently. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent). * PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
