Overall in charge of the whole Project Team in terms of Manpower requirement, development, monitoring project schedule, works orders distribution, project report and variation orders. Overall day to day monitoring to ensure smooth and efficient running of the project Reporting project progress and identification of issues which may impact the project progress Responsible for the development and management of project execution strategy * On-site responsibility for management of sub-contractors and in charge of all technical aspects
