Project Management and knowledge in construction detail
Co-ordinate with clients and internal department for quotations and negotiation.
Project Schedule and execute project activities.
Maintain and establish close relations with clients.
Handle in project submission and interior work processes.
Able to lead the operation team and sub-contractors in the office renovation work.
Prepare defect list and handover projects successfully.
Job Requirement
Possess degree in related industry or construction management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Years of Experience in office interior and fit-out.
* Possess good leadership and commitment.
