We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee marine-related projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, coordination among stakeholders, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant marine regulations, safety standards, and company policies Identify and mitigate project risks Conduct site inspections and project audits when required Maintain client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Marine, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in marine, offshore, or engineering sectors Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera Sound knowledge of marine industry standards and safety regulations Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work independently and under pressure
