Oversee project planning and execution from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met on time. Communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and to ensure project goals are aligned. Manage project budgets, monitor operational costs, and ensure that financial risks are effectively managed. Monitor and control project material delivery in accordance to schedule Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure the project meets all quality standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and guide the project management and construction teams, as well as subcontractors, to achieve project objectives. Good working attitude, committed and ability to meet tight schedules Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills. Excellent spoken and writtent communication skills Minimum 10 years of working experience in Project Management for residential government and commercial building projects (preferably in Building Facade Work). * Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma and /or Degree in Civil Engineering and or related field with relevant experience.
