PROJECT MANAGER

(Project/Construction sector)





Responsibilities:


Overall project planning, control and monitoring of project's operations Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule Schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client's expectations Detailed and meticulous in site planning/coordination to minimize errors in the process of completing the project Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, material and resources on site Ensure high level of site safety and housekeeping Ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements Involved in discussion on contractual matters and with Sub-Contractors, Consultants & Clients Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors ie. Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of all projects Manage sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and good quality of work Conduct regular site safety meetings and implement safe site working conditions and environmental control measures Negotiate subcontractor deductions for project non-compliance and breaches Conduct internal meetings for assigned projects and subsequently, monitor such follow-up meetings Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:


Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering or its equivalent degree recognized by PE Board Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably experience in A&A project - government/commercial building (D & B) project and HDB BTO/private residential etc Excellent project management skills Possess good leadership and organizing abilities * Only Singaporean need applies
