Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinator of work for the on-going project Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project. Manage and monitor the activities of appointed contractors to ensure their works are coordinated with Client, stakeholders, tenants and subcontractor. Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions Any other ad hoc duties assignedAssist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project. Requirement:

Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Construction and project management;. Good interpersonal and leadership qualities. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office. Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision. * A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
