This hybrid role requires an individual who can simultaneously function as a disciplined Project Manager and a strategic Product Owner, ensuring both the successful execution of enterprise projects and the maximization of client value. 2. Delivery Excellence & Execution




Outcome-Driven Project Leadership:

Own the definition and management of

key project milestones and timelines

, ensuring successful, on-time delivery while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Risk & Change Mastery:

Proactively

identify potential risks

and obstacles. Lead the process for managing and prioritizing

change requests

Quality & Process Governance:

Requirements Translation:

Lead collaborative sessions to accurately

capture complex business and technical requirements

Backlog & Value Priority:

Take decisive ownership of the product backlog, ruthlessly

prioritizing user stories

based on value, feasibility, and alignment with critical business objectives.

Team Empowerment:

Work closely with the Development Teams, participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning and review) to provide clear guidance, remove blockers, and ensure the team is fully prepared for smooth, high-quality execution.

What Defines Our Global Delivery Leader




We are looking for a

Game-Changing Archer

-- a highly disciplined, outcome-focused professional--ready to excel in our multi-national environment.


5+ years of demonstrable success

in a hybrid Project Manager or Product Manager role.

Expert-level knowledge

in

E-commerce and Customer Experience (CX)

. Direct experience and knowledge in

Loyalty, Retail, and Omni-channel solutions

are a significant advantage. In-depth understanding of

end-to-end systems

with multiple client endpoints and comprehensive knowledge of application lifecycle management. Strong familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodologies

and a track record of applying them to manage complex, changing project requirements effectively. Exceptional

communication and client leadership abilities

to manage expectations, influence stakeholders, and build trust-based partnerships. Proven ability to build

highly organized, detailed project plans

and manage complexity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Full professional proficiency in both

spoken and written English

local language
