Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects. Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.


? Develop full scale project plans.


? Manage Project Budget and resources allocation.


? Site & Office Project management and daily operations including inspections, handover, site measurements.


? Liaising with Main contractor, consultants, client's representatives and sub-contractors. Attend meeting as and when required.


? Prepare and review safety documents such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS) and Safe work procedure (SWP).

Requirements:

? At least 10 years' experiences in construction industry (civil & structure and Plumbing works).


? Preferably experienced in Structural Steel Works, Pressure Grouting, Fire Proofing works, Plumbing and Painting works.


? Able to multi task and work in tight schedule.


? Preferably excellent leadership in worker's management.


? Candidate with valid Class 3 driving license would be added advantage.
