Job Description

Responsibilities:

Able to plan, manage and lead project operations independently. Able to lead the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and meeting quality parameters in line with the standards and expectations of the project. Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance to the master program with no delay in works and proper work sequencing. Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule. Ensure all site activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental requirements. Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance to the master program. Efficient management of resources and materials.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil / Architectural / M&E Engineering (Recognized by PEB/BCA). Min 10 years' experience in construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety practices. Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, with strong leaderships & problem-solving skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Project.
