Project Manager
Job Description
Management of renovation/construction projects for residential & commercial (office, retail, F&B, etc)
:
On-time delivery of all projects
Budgetary control of all projects
Ensure smooth operations
Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
Ensuring all products are delivered to the requirements and specifications of clients
Ensure good workmanship of all products
Maintain good communication with clients and proper conveying of requirements to back-end subcontractor / in-house workers
Requirements:
Min ITE / Diploma of Engineering discipline preferred
Min 3 years in related field preferred
Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
Basic salary, allowance & incentive
