Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction of mission-critical data center facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management within high-availability environments. You will be responsible for delivering data center projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data center construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover. Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Manage internal teams, external vendors, contractors, engineers, and consultants. Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards. Ensure all permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met. Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and risk factors. Oversee quality control, health and safety, and change management processes. Manage financial tracking, budget adherence, and cost optimization. Coordinate commissioning and integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems. Ensure project documentation, closeout reports, and handover to operations are completed.
Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5-10+ years of project management experience, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with mechanical and electrical complexity. PMP, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong working knowledge of tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Revit, and BIM. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
